Three Rivers Resort is approximately 23 miles from the Mt. Crested Butte ski area. It is in a peaceful setting on a river but there is no town with amenities here. There is a free shuttle bus available from Almont to the ski area. We offer cabins and lodge rooms for winter housing. All cabins have full kitchens. Lodge rooms have kitchenettes (no stove top or oven). Most units do not have televisions or phones. Some may be hooked up to t.v. or phone on your own. Verizon is the only cell phone provider that works here. The rates below are based on at least a 4 month lease period. For smaller lease periods, higher rates will apply.

Security Deposit: $200 per person security deposit is required to reserve a unit. This is refundable only if you complete your lease period and if the cabin/room is in good condition upon departure. Security deposits are refundable 30 days after departure.

Rent: First Month rent is due upon arrival, and is non-refundable. Last month rent is due 30 days after arrival. All units are furnished and include bed linens and kitchen items. There is no extra charge for additional persons but the Max must be enforced.
