149 Loft
Our loft apartments are two bedroom upper floor units located above the vacation homes. They offer spacious home-like accommodations with kitchens, living rooms and laundry. The 149 Loft can be connected to the main house below by unlocking the stairwell. This loft is accessed by an external staircase and has its own entrance on the back side of the 149 Vacation Home. From the covered porch outside the unit, you can look out over the Taylor River.

All units are designated as non-smoking. Pets allowed at $10/pet/night. Nightly rate is based on 4 people. There is an additional fee of $10/person/night for extra persons (ages 7 and over)
Maximum occupancy is 6.
All rates shown on this page are correct, except for the peak summer period, approximately mid June to mid September. Those rates reflect the higher weekend (Fri and Sat) rates. Weekday rates will be less per night.
