Fly Fishing School in Almont
Surrounded by the GunnisonNational Forestand situated at the confluence of three of Colorado’s best fishing rivers, Three Rivers Resort in Almont is the perfect getaway for fishing. Willowfly Anglers, the resort’s Orvis-endorsed outfitting service, offers its fly fishing school for anglers of all ability levels. Participants work one on one with instructor guides to learn casting techniques, essential knots, stream entomology, equipment selection, reading water and more. Choose one day or multiple days. A basic package starts at $392 per person (based on 2 people) and includes two nights’ lodging in modern riverfront cabins, one full day of one on one professional fly-fishing instruction, all fishing equipment (if needed), lunch and guaranteed good times in the mountains. Beat the Run-Off Fly Fishing Package
Fish while the fishing is good. Spring fishing before the run-off is one of the best times of the year to fish and our Willowfly Anglers guides will show you the best techniques and places to go. The $100 Family Deal
For just $100 per person (total, not per night!) a family of 4 can enjoy 2 nights in a Standard Mountain Chalet (cabins 31-38) plus 1 Upper Taylor Whitewater Rafting Trip for each person. A Standard Mountain Chalet is ideal for families with one private bedroom for mom and dad plus a sleeping loft for kids. Each of these cabins features a modern kitchen, basic t.v., full bath, living room with futon, covered porch and charcoal grill. The Upper Taylor raft trip is our most popular trip for ages 12 and above. For younger ages, you can substitute the Lower Taylor float trip and receive an even better deal on this package.
